Cahoonas patented  sportswear is the tried and tested ultimate in ergonomic designed sportswear for men.

Designed & manufactured right here in the UK and worn by sporting world champions  like Josh Taylor. Undefeated boxing world champion.

Cahoonas launched on Kickstarter in May 2013 with a patent-granted, world-first: the 75 Trunk. Named after the 75% of men who ‘dress’ to the left, the 75 Trunk is the first underwear in the whole world specifically designed for whichever way a gentleman ‘dresses’ and built to last using British microfibre.

The result is a fit so comfortable that you hardly know you’re wearing any underwear at all. Our UK patent was published on 18 September 2014 and then proceeded to be fully granted making our design a World First in ergonomic design.

Following our Kickstarter launch, we received international press attention with features in The Mail on Sunday; Curve New York; Lingerie Insight; Menswear Insight; Scotland’s Wedding Blog; The Glasgow Herald; Edinburgh Evening News; Deadline and the UnderwearExpert blog. This led to our first retail partnership with UndercoverMenswear.com, a stockist in California, who has repeat ordered and showcased our products at Curve, the number one designer underwear show in North America.

Cahoonas has loyal customers all over the world and our advocates include the British World unified boxing champion and Commonwealth Games gold medal winning boxer, Josh Taylor; Sky News journalist, Richard Moore; international pro-boxer, Craig McEwan, and top UK model, Ricki Hall.
Cahoonas design and produce premium, male sportswear and underwear in Britain.

We also produce our own range of top quality, male-grooming products including beard oil and moustache wax – all with a Scottish twist. Edinburgh is our home and we operate our own factory right in the heart of the city. Team Cahoonas consists of menswear design mavericks Simon Phillips and Georgia Goodall.

We make all our garments using top quality, British warp-knitted and drum-spun microfibre. These high quality long-lasting fabrics are hand-dyed, spun and woven for Cahoonas in Nottingham and Manchester. Even our labels are made in the Pennines.

Our grooming products are hand-blended in Edinburgh by an award-winning aromatherapist and contain bog myrtle, an ancient Scottish herb renowned for its midge-repellent qualities. Our grooming range also uses fractionated coconut oil, one of the finest oils in the world as it is closest to the skin’s natural PH level. This means it fully absorbs into the skin without leaving an oily residue.
